An unstable internet connection, or the lack of it, can cause a delay in the purchase delivery. Sometimes purchases may take up to 24h to be delivered.
If you have recently made a purchase but you didn't receive the items, please follow the steps below:
- Make sure your internet connection is stable;
- Check if your payment method is up to date and that it is accepted by Google Play Store or Apple App Store;
- Close the game and reopen it to check if the items were received. Make sure you check your inventory since you may not see the animation for the items being delivered.
