Permissions

When you play Suspects for the first time, you will see a pop-up message asking you to allow access to your microphone. It is necessary to allow "access" to enable voice chats within the game.

If you accidentally denied access to your microphone when the game asked, follow the steps below.

Network

The issue you are having with the microphone of your device may be tied to network problems. If you are talking on voice chat and suddenly, the person you are talking to can't hear you, then the problem may be caused due to network issues.

If you are using Mobile Data (such as 4G), try switching to a WiFi connection.
If you are using a WiFi network, try to restart the connection before testing the microphone/audio again.

Hardware 

Test your microphone and audio by recording a video or making a call. This should help you understand if the issue is related to the game itself or not.

Sometimes, we accidentally place our fingers on the microphone during the communication, which blocks the sound. Make sure you keep the microphone open when interacting with voice chat.
Turning your device Off and waiting around 10-30 seconds before turning it back On can help refresh the hardware.
